Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail. Lohon will now enter rehab. She served 13 days in jail. Not bad for a 90-day sentence for violating her probation stemming from her DUI in 2007.

Lindsay Lohan will be staying 90 days in jail due to her failure to abide by her probation regulations.

However, experts say she will perhaps only send about ¼ of the 90 days due to over crowding.

When she spoke with the judge she made many excuses as to why she did not complete her alcohol classes that were required of her due to a prior DUI.
